Kevin Kong is the founder of Noble House Group.

Mr. Kong led over $1 billion overseas strategic expansions, geopolitical solutions, trade compliance assessments, corporate restructurings for strategic realignment, China +1 decoupling, internal export controls and trade sanctions monitoring and compliance programs, local government negotiations, M&A, joint-ventures, IPO, IP patents portfolio expansion, and data security protection.  He also removed a Chinese semiconductor company from the US Military End-User sanction list, won multi-million dollar lawsuits and resolved multi-country sensitive and complex legal, compliance and regulatory challenges.

He is an experienced executive as Group Senior Vice President, General Manager, General Counsel and Board Director at leading semiconductor and fintech companies publicly listed on the NYSE, NASDAQ and the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
